Spring is in the Air!

Well, the sun has been coming out now for a few days, although not quite warm enough to convince me that it will STAY warm...but the snow is 95% melted, no more driveway scooping- thanks to the South-facing house...All to remind us that our yard looks like CRAP. Actually it's not even a yard yet. Just a mud pile. With giant truck tracks thru the front yard frozen into place leaving HUGE tracks to remind us that our gas got hooked up. And I've been told that we won't start to fix the appearance of our outdoors until April (sorry neighbors)....then comes sprinklers, sod, and landscaping, and possibly a fence...which will hopefully change the look of our house for the better.

But in the meantime, we have a lot of fun here...play dates with other moms and kids, and fun with each other during the day. And it's been a while, so I'll update in slideshow form.

A few shots that should just be looked at for a few minutes- if you're having a bad day or something- cause this would for sure to cheer you up. We had our small group here last Friday and Ry brought his dentist glasses home...also known as "loupes" - pronounced "loops" as in 'loopy' because that's what they make you look like. No offense guys, but it's hard for me to take you seriously when you're wearing these. Three of the funniest guys I know (besides Ry) Ryan, Mark, and Whitey...only I was too slow on the draw and didn't get a picture of Whitey. Dang it!
