Hello world!!

I know all of you have missed me SO MUCH...hahahaa... our Internet has been down for a few days and I was starting to GO CRAZY! Maybe it forced me to get more things done around the house and spend more time with the kids... hmm...?

ANYHOO, here's what we've been up to. The kids had their friend Elle over last friday and I took some cute pics. Just disregard what the boys are wearing (especially Ethan- what's with the shoes and mismatched jammies?) hahaha. But Elle's cute!!! She's like a little girl now and can pretty much keep up with the boys. Em brought over lunch (which has proved to be an eventful time EVERY TIME) haha, and we just had fun hanging out for a few hours. Can't wait for summer and we can hang out more often!

Also, we're still waiting on the finishing touches of the fence to be done....as shown below, the cows can still get out, if you know what i'm sayin.

They came the other day to finish it, but had cut a piece at the shop and got here and it was too short. AHH! oh well, until today the weather has been pretty chilly so we weren't missin much, as a lot of our back yard is shaded this time of year from the house. But hopefully soon it will be done. After ry got home last night we mowed our front yard super short and got most of the thatch up (next time we'll remember to mow it short BEFORE the winter, which would have made it an easier task last night.) But the mower is running ship-shape (which is good cause we just got it last year) and it made me excited to be outside again and working on the yard. !!

MEANWHILE, in Sydney's world, she got her 4 month shots on Monday - it was sad, and I woke her up early from her nap so she was a disaster. But I guess they're used to it. Our friend, Rachel's mom works at our Ped office, and she got to be her nurse! She's so helpful when we come with the boys, and when we were still hauling them around in their carseats she would hold the door for me (which is nice cause surprisingly not a lot of people do it - it's more like 'wow, that looks hard' - they would say that TO ME and still not help...but that's a whole diff blog) Anyhoo, I felt bad cause Syd was just screaming her head off...pretty much the whole time. I promise she's not usually like that Mrs. Shirley! haha. Ok, who am I kiddin, she pretty much is a mama's girl. But anyways, she weighed in at a whoppin 15 lbs 10 oz! NICE. Since she's been rollin over, the play yard thingy that dangles fun bugs to swat at, hasn't really been too successful, and she's slowly getting bored with the swing. dangit. SO, it's time to bust out the jumper! SO CUTE! she loves it! Plus, I can cook in the kitchen with her right there cause she can see me!

The boys like to 'help' her bounce. ha. Once upon a time they were both that small too...maybe I should dig up those pictures just for fun...that's another blog too. But my time is running short here, the boys are eating lunch and we're getting to the time when they're full and start putting food where it shouldn't go. =) Thanks for checkin in!

Oh my. We won't recognize her when we see her again :( So big. Just be glad that you have cows instead of pigs. My dad used to say, "give a pig an inch and they'll dig a mile. " HA!
